Candidate evaluation


When all of the interviews have been completed, the Delze role  is to facilitate the evaluation process and guide the interview panel to consensus regarding the top candidate(s). The goal of the candidate evaluation process is to objectively evaluate candidates against the selection criteria, the compahny needs and preferred competencies and determine if there is a good match among any of the candidates.

The evaluation involves considering a number of factors such as:

  • Application documents (resume)
  • Certifications, education credentials
  • Knowledge 
  • Interview assessments (incorporates selection criteria)
  • Team meeting feedback (if applicable)
  • Test results (if applicable)
  • Personal suitability / fit
